1. Certification & Testing Standards

All safety and equipment operator certifications require both successful completion of classroom instruction/written examination and an in-person, hands-on practical operational evaluation. Certificates of competency are issued at the sole professional discretion of certified instructors based on provincial OH&S regulations.

2. On-Site Client Responsibilities

For on-site courses, client facilities are responsible for providing equipment in safe working order, functional inspection logs, and an appropriate, designated practical evaluation area free of unauthorized pedestrian or vehicle traffic.

3. Scheduling & Cancellation

We pride ourselves on offering flexible scheduling around your operational timeline, including evenings and weekends. Please provide reasonable advance notice for rescheduling or cancellation to allow instructors to adjust logistics across regions.

4. Intellectual Property

All training materials, presentations, written exams, brand logos, and website content are the intellectual property of Duane Gwilliam Training and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
